How to grow Echeveria luxuriantii

How to grow Echeveria luxuriantii

Group

Some succulents are plants that grow easily in groups. If grown in groups and with many branches, they can quickly fill a pot, making the entire pot look full.

Echeveria luxuriantii is also a succulent that is relatively easy to grow in groups. As it grows slowly, its branches spread out horizontally, and it may grow to the point where the flowerpot cannot contain it anymore, which means it will burst the pot.

Therefore, if one wants the Echeveria Lu to grow out of the pot but does not want to destroy its own beauty, one can let it grow naturally and grow in groups slowly. The more clusters there are, the easier it is for the pot to overflow.

Beheading

Beheading is a good method of propagating Echeveria luxuriata.

Generally speaking, if you want Echeveria ruderalia to bloom beyond its pot, you need to have multiple plants. But if the plant grows slowly, some flower lovers will not be able to wait. Now you might as well try beheading.

The benefit of beheading is that it removes the apical dominance. Not only can beheading improve the problem of the plant's excessive growth, but the cut parts can also be used for cuttings. After the plant of Echeveria lucidum is beheaded, many side buds will sprout from the mother plant and grow into many new plants, so that one head will become many heads. When the new side buds have grown up, the Echeveria lucidum will burst the pot.

Leaf cuttings

Leaf cuttings are also a good method for propagating Echeveria lucidum, because the advantage of leaf cuttings is that they can be propagated in large quantities.

Find a larger pot and insert the leaves of Echeveria lucidum. You can insert more than one plant (to avoid some Echeveria lucidum leaves failing to be inserted successfully). After these Echeveria lucidum leaves are successfully inserted, it will be easy to grow and fill the entire pot. By then, it will burst the pot.
