Rosemary cutting method

Rosemary cuttings preparation materials

Healthy established rosemary, pruning shears, water, pot, soil.

Rosemary cutting method

1. Use clean scissors to cut a branch from a healthy rosemary. The cut should be close to the bottom where the leaf connects to the branch, and the cut surface should be clean and neat.

2. Fill the flowerpot with loose fine soil and press the soil firmly with your hands, but not too tightly.

3. Water thoroughly

4. Insert the treated branches directly into the loose soil, about 4 cm apart, and place them in a sunny place.

5. After cuttings, put a plastic bag on the plant. About 6 to 7 roots will take root. After taking root, remove the plastic bag and take out the branches with the roots. Do not pull them out easily to avoid damaging the roots.

6. Then plant it in a separate pot, water it thoroughly, and add appropriate nutrient solution.
