Eat kumquats raw

Kumquat contains a lot of vitamin C, and kumquat peel is also very nutritious. Wash it first, then put it in your mouth and chew it together with the skin and flesh.

Fruit Black Tea

Choose a few fruits you like (such as kumquats, apples, pineapples, lemons, etc.), wash them and cut them into blocks or slices for later use. Then put a black tea bag in a pot, add appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil. Turn off the heat after 2-3 minutes, then put in the cut fruits, cover with a lid and simmer for 3-5 minutes. Then pour into a bowl and add honey and stir. You can also put it in the refrigerator to keep it for later consumption.

Candied Kumquat

First clean them and soak them in salt water for about 10 minutes. Then cut the kumquats lengthwise into 6-7 cuts, squash them and remove the seeds. Put them in a bowl, add an appropriate amount of sugar and marinate for 2-3 days. When the sugar melts into liquid (a small amount of block sugar is also fine), put them in a pot and bring to a boil over high heat. Then turn to low heat and simmer until it becomes viscous. Serve on a plate and let cool before eating.

Kumquat Chicken Wings

First take out the chicken wings, add a small amount of oil, salt, light soy sauce and cooking wine and marinate for about 1 hour. Then wash the kumquats, cut them vertically and squash them. Then after the oil pan is heated, put the chicken wings in and fry until both sides are golden brown. Add the juice from the marinated chicken wings and an appropriate amount of water. When the juice is almost reduced, add the kumquats and simmer for 5 minutes before serving.
