Is the loquat tree an unlucky tree or a lucky tree?

1. Is the loquat tree an unlucky tree or a lucky tree?

The loquat tree is an evil tree, not a lucky tree. Because the branches of the loquat tree are large, they easily block sunlight, which will not only affect the growth of the plant itself, but also block the yang energy in the home, thereby increasing the yin energy in the home, attracting ghosts, and affecting the health of family members. It is very unlucky, so it is best not to plant loquat trees in the courtyard.

2. Cultivation technology of loquat tree

1. Fertilization and fruit harvesting: Loquat fruits should be harvested in time after they are ripe. A lot of nutrients are consumed during the fruiting period. After harvesting, top dressing must be applied in time to replenish the consumed nutrients. Fertilizers can be organic fertilizers and compound fertilizers. 1000-1500 kg of farm manure, 50 kg of quick-acting compound fertilizer, and 100-150 kg of cake fertilizer can be applied per mu. The method of applying the fertilizer can be done in a ring ditch and should be completed within one week after harvesting the fruits. Watering should also be done in time to promote faster absorption of nutrients.

2. Summer pruning: Summer pruning must be based on ventilation and light transmission to enhance tree vigor. Overlapping branches, dead branches, diseased and insect-infested branches, and crossed branches should be cut off, and fruiting branches should be shortened. Weak fruiting branches should be renewed, and spring shoots and side branches should be sprouted. The overgrown branches should be thinned out as appropriate according to the space available in the crown.

3. Disease and pest control: Loquat trees are susceptible to rot. Once discovered, scrape off the lesions in time and apply 2% agricultural antibiotic 10-20 times diluted or 5% fungicide 30~50 times diluted to the lesions. In addition, we must enhance tree vigor and increase fertilizer and water management. Also pay attention to the prevention and control of leaf spot disease, spray fungicides in advance to prevent it, and use medication in time during the disease period. You can choose 800 times diluted 50% carbendazim wettable powder for spraying.
