Is the fortune tree acidic or alkaline? Should it be grown indoors or outdoors?

1. Acidic or alkaline

The money tree is a plant that likes acid. Therefore, during the maintenance process, both the cultivation soil and the water quality should be acidic, which will be more helpful for its growth. Especially when cultivating flowers, avoid using alkaline soil and highly sticky soil, as this will cause poor growth. If the soil is alkaline, you can dilute vinegar and pour it into the soil to improve the pH value of the flower soil.

2. Indoor or outdoor breeding

Whether the money tree is grown indoors or outdoors, it can grow well as long as it is properly maintained and managed. It is important to note that during the winter, if you are growing it in the southern regions of my country, you can also grow it outdoors. But if you spend the winter in the northern region, you must move indoors because the temperature is very low. In fact, as long as the maintenance environment is suitable, maintenance is the same anywhere.

3. Different maintenance methods for indoor and outdoor

1. Indoor cultivation: The root system of the money tree is very weak. If you want to grow it indoors, you must wait until the soil in the pot is dry before watering it. If you water it in summer, avoid watering it at noon. The maintenance environment must have a certain degree of ventilation, you can open more windows, and the lighting in the placement location should not be too poor.

2. Outdoors: When growing outdoors, do not place it under the sun. You can choose a slightly shaded location, otherwise the leaves will easily be burned. When it rains, move it to a place where it will not be exposed to rain in advance. If the moisture in the soil is not completely dry, you cannot water it, especially in summer, you must wait until it is completely dry before watering.
