How many baby's breath seeds are placed in a pot, and what color is it?

How many baby's breath seeds are placed in a pot, and what color is it?

1. How many to put in one pot

When planting baby's breath, usually 2-3 seeds can be planted in one pot, so that each seed is not too close to each other, and the seedlings will not squeeze each other when they grow up. If you sow too many seeds, the space in the pot will become smaller and the seedlings will grow weak. However, if you are planting a large-flowered variety, it is best to place one seed in each pot.

If you are raising seedlings and transplanting them, you can be more casual when planting, because you will transplant them after germination, and the seedlings will not affect each other's growth.

2. Attention to sowing

Before sowing, germination work needs to be done. Generally, the seeds should be placed in water and taken out after half an hour. Then wrap it with a wet paper towel or cloth to germinate, and you can sow it after it grows small sprouts. Note that warm water should be used during germination, and water that is too hot or too cold should not be used.

3. What color is it?

Most of the baby's breath we see in normal times are dried flowers, which come in many colors, such as pink, yellow, green, blue, purple, white, etc. The flowers come in very few colors, usually only white, pink and rose red. The reason why dried flowers have so many colors is because they have been artificially processed. People usually use dyes to dye them, or spray colored spray on the flowers, which results in a variety of colors.
