When to top passion fruit seedlings, how high to top potted passion fruit

1. Topping time

If you want to top the passion fruit seedlings, you should generally choose a sunny day. The climate is relatively humid in rainy weather. If it is not managed properly after topping, infection is likely to occur.

2. How high should you top the tree?

Under normal circumstances, the potted passion fruit can be topped when it grows to 1m in height, or it can be done a little higher, but generally it will not exceed 2m. The purpose of topping is to allow side buds to grow. Just keep 2 or 3 side branches on each side. Then when the side branches grow to 1.5m-2cm high, you should continue to top the side branches so that they will grow better.

When topping the tree, you should also prune other branches appropriately, and remove branches that are in poor growth condition and those that grow crosswise.
