How to cultivate truffles

1. Growth Environment

1. Soil

Truffles are very picky about their growing environment and prefer alkaline soil. They are generally more suitable for growing in well-drained, neutral or alkaline muddy or calcareous soils.

2. Lighting

It cannot carry out photosynthesis on its own and mostly grows under pine, oak and oak trees. It cannot survive independently and must rely on the symbiotic relationship with the roots of these trees to obtain nutrients.

3. Temperature

Truffles are not very demanding on temperature. Since they need temperature changes to grow and reproduce, they need to grow in places with distinct four seasons. Areas that experience more than seven frosts in winter are the most ideal growing places for it.

2. Precautions

It is not suitable for artificial breeding, and there is currently no mature technology to breed it.
