Cultivation methods and precautions of hydroponic Brazilian wood

1. Maintenance methods

1. Vase: The vase should have a larger capacity, generally a transparent glass vase will do.

2. Water quality: Clean water can be used to cultivate hydroponic rubber trees. Mineral water is also a good choice. In the early stage of breeding, the water should be changed every three days. After a period of growth, the water can be changed every seven days.

3. Nutrients: After hydroponic cultivation, some nutrient solution should be injected into the water from time to time. Generally, a nutrient solution containing acidic substances such as nitrate nitrogen is used. This can protect the root and stem's absorption of nutrients and promote its growth needs.

4. Light: Appropriate sunlight is enough, and soft light is more suitable for it. Too strong light exposure will cause sunburn to its stems and leaves, which must be avoided.

2. Breeding techniques

1. Pruning: When it is growing strong, its height can be controlled. You can also trim off the withered stems and leaves so that it can grow better.

2. Reproduction: Generally, the cutting method is used for reproduction. Select a sturdy tree stump, put it in a clean glass container, and add clean nutrient-rich water.

3. Problem diagnosis and treatment

1. Yellowing leaves: In the second year of the plant's growth, the roots will become soft and the leaves will turn yellow. At this time, you should take it out of the water and transplant it into the soil so that it can continue to grow.

2. Curling branches and leaves: The curling of branches and leaves is caused by the air in the environment being too dry and the lack of humidity, because it likes a more humid environment. When the branches and leaves are curled, use a spray bottle to spray some water on them to make them moist.

IV. Other issues

1. How to spend the winter: In winter, you need to move it indoors. The temperature is too low in winter, so you can control the room temperature at around 15℃. When the temperature is below 5℃, it will be frostbite.

2. Can it be placed indoors: The hydroponic rubber tree can be grown indoors. It not only looks beautiful and can be used for viewing, but also can purify the air. If it is well maintained, it will grow very fast.
