1. Soil

Peony gardenia likes acidic soil, so the cultivation soil should be acidic. Alkaline soil is not conducive to its growth. In addition, the soil must have good air permeability to avoid root rot.

2. Temperature

The environmental temperature for breeding must be adjusted well and the temperature must be well controlled. During its growth period, the temperature needs to be adjusted to around 18-22℃. If you want to survive the winter safely, the temperature should be around 5-10℃.

3. Water

Watering is a very important task. You should create a moist soil environment for it. When the soil surface becomes dry and white, you should water it. If you use tap water for watering, you have to leave it for a day or two. When the weather is dry, you need to spray more water.

4. Lighting

It also prefers sunlight, but if it is placed in a semi-shaded place, it can also grow, but it will affect its flowering. It is necessary to seek shade in the summer, especially in the middle of the day, and you must not be exposed to the sun.

5. Repotting

When the plant grows bigger, you need to move it to a bigger pot. For general potted plants, as long as the diameter of the pot reaches 28cm, you just need to replace the soil with new one.
