Cultivation methods and precautions of plum blossoms

Cultivation methods and precautions of plum blossoms

1. Soil

When breeding, you can choose the soil at will. It is relatively resistant to barrenness, so it can grow well whether it is grown in loam or sandy loam. However, it is better to use soil with better drainage, which can help its roots breathe and grow.

2. Temperature

It prefers to grow in a warm environment, and the temperature can be controlled at around 16-23 degrees during normal breeding. Some varieties have a certain degree of cold resistance, such as apricot plum, which can grow in an environment of -25 degrees. However, under normal circumstances, the breeding temperature should be around -10 degrees. Moreover, it is also very heat-resistant and can grow even when the temperature is around 40 degrees.

3. Water

During the maintenance process, watering should be done well. Normally, there is no need to water when the soil is not dry. When watering, it should be watered thoroughly every time. You should take shelter when it rains. It is best to observe the weather conditions carefully at ordinary times. If it rains, you must take shelter from the rain. In addition, the accumulated water should be drained as soon as possible after being rained on. You can water it once a day during the growing period, and more often in summer.

IV. Precautions

If you want to repot it, you should choose the right time, preferably in March or April in spring. It should be noted that during the repotting process, rotten roots and old roots should be cut off.
