Cultivation methods and precautions of bicolor jasmine

Cultivation methods and precautions of bicolor jasmine

1. Flower soil

When growing bicolor jasmine, you should try to use slightly acidic soil with good air permeability and drainage. If you raise it at home, you can evenly mix three parts of garden soil, two parts of leaf mold and one part of rice husk ash to make its flower soil.

2. Temperature

It is best to maintain the temperature between 20-30℃. This will allow it to grow at a faster rate. In summer, it needs to be sprayed with water to cool it down. In winter, it needs to be moved indoors for maintenance.

3. Sunlight

It is afraid of being exposed to the scorching sun and being away from the light for a long time. Therefore, it is best to place it in a location where it can receive appropriate amounts of light, ensuring that it receives more than four hours of light a day. This will satisfy its need for sunlight. In addition, when the light is too strong, it is necessary to provide appropriate shading.

4. Moisture

It is afraid of waterlogging, so watering must not be too frequent, and do not water too much at one time. Just keep the soil slightly moist. In winter, you can reduce watering slightly to prevent excess water from freezing and damaging the plants.

5. Notes

Prune it in time. Once yellow, dry leaves or branches appear on the plant, they should be cut off immediately.
