3 kinds of fruits commonly eaten in autumn, the peels can be used as flower fertilizer, and the leaves are so green!

What everyone doesn’t know is that although the flesh of fruit is delicious, the peel also has many uses! For example, orange peel and grapefruit peel, the peels of these fruits play a very important role, especially for the flowers and plants we grow! Today Huahua will teach you how to use fruit peels to add nutrition to our plants!

Grapefruit peel

Basically, every time you peel a pomelo, the skin will be peeled off and the pomelo will become smaller. It feels like a waste to throw away the pomelo skin. Huahua suggests that you can use the pomelo skin to grow flowers! The grapefruit peel contains a lot of nutrients needed by plants, and it is perfect as a natural fertilizer!

First, cut the grapefruit peel into small pieces, then find a larger bucket, generally an unused oil barrel at home will do, and prepare some soil, just ordinary soil will do. Then put a layer of grapefruit peel in the bucket, cover it with some soil, then put another layer of grapefruit peel, and so on.

Place the grapefruit peel soil in the sun to compost. Generally speaking, it can be used in about a month!

Banana peel

Banana peels are also a very good organic fertilizer. Banana peel contains a lot of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium elements. Friends who know the matter know that nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium play an important role in promoting plant growth!

After cutting the banana peel into pieces, you can put it in the sun to dry. After the sun dries the banana peel, we crush it and use it as fertilizer. When needed, dig a little and throw it into the soil. After a few times, the plants will grow fast! The most important thing is that banana peels have no odor after being dried, so you can use them with confidence!

Orange peel

Orange peel is rich in vitamin C, which can also make plants grow healthy and their leaves shiny! We cut the orange peel into pieces, put it into a container filled with water, and then leave it for about a week. After the orange peel water is decomposed, it can be used to water the flowers!

Orange peel water is suitable for watering acidic plants, but it is best not to feed alkaline plants!

These three kinds of fruits are the fruits we eat most often in autumn. After reading this article, Huahua hopes that everyone can make use of the fruit peel waste. This will make our plants grow stronger and the leaves become denser and more vibrant!
