1. Normal phenomenon

Reason: The oil secretion from the leaves of Anthurium may be a normal and natural phenomenon. There are oil gland spots on the surface of the leaves, which are converted into energy through photosynthesis, naturally producing the oily feeling.

Solution: This is a normal phenomenon, no need to worry, just ensure daily maintenance.

2. Suffering from pests

Cause: If there is an oily, gelatinous substance on the leaves, it may be due to insect infestation, that is, aphids are causing the problem.
