How to grow Jade Flower

How to grow Jade Flower

1. Lighting

The plant needs sufficient light to grow. Except for the hot noon in summer, we need to block about 30% of the light. At other times, try to keep the plant in a full-light environment.

2. Soil

The soil for Jade Plant should be loose, fertile, and well-drained. Neutral or slightly alkaline is best. Do not use acidic soil. The soil used should not be too sticky, otherwise it will hinder its growth.

3. Water

When watering, make sure to water thoroughly when the soil is dry and wet when it is wet. There should be no water accumulation in the soil. When watering, do not water too much, just water it thoroughly and do not leave excess water.

4. Temperature

During maintenance, ensure the environment is around 10 degrees so that it can survive the winter normally. When the temperature is low in winter, it should be kept indoors to avoid frostbite.

5. Pruning

During its growth period, moderate pruning can make its shape more compact and its branches more dense.

6. Fertilization

Generally, during the maintenance process, we do not need to apply too much fertilizer to it. During the growing period, it is sufficient to apply thin fertilizer and water once or twice a month. The concentration of fertilizer should not be too high, otherwise fertilizer damage will occur.
