1. Cabbage

Cabbage is a herbaceous plant of the genus Brassica in the family Cruciferae. It is very nutritious and contains rich carotene, vitamins B1, B2, and mineral elements. In addition, cabbage has high medicinal value and has a good effect on clearing heat, detoxifying and promoting bowel movement. 2. Lettuce

The suitable temperature for seed germination is above 12°C. The suitable temperature for leek growth is generally between 15 and 25°C.
