1. Leek

The minimum temperature for seed germination is between 4 and 6°C, and its suitable growth temperature is 20 to 25°C. However, when cultivating rapeseed, you can give it an appropriate temperature difference between day and night, which is conducive to the accumulation of dry matter and oil.

3. Chinese Cabbage

Chinese cabbage is a herbaceous plant of the genus Brassica in the family Cruciferae. It is very nutritious and contains rich carotene, vitamins B1, B2, and mineral elements. In addition, protein vegetables have high medicinal value and have a good effect on clearing heat and detoxifying, as well as promoting bowel movements. Therefore, Chinese cabbage is one of the common vegetables on northern dinner tables. Chinese cabbage is relatively resistant to low temperatures and can grow in an environment of 0~2℃. The suitable temperature for cabbage seeds to germinate is 20~25℃. It is suitable for growing in an environment with sufficient sunlight and a large temperature difference between day and night.
