FlowersThe flowers of the rich tree are umbels or cymes, growing at the top of special flower branches on the side branches. The petals are white, with fewer having a slight pink tint. They curl up in an oval shape when in bloom. The flowering period is from May to June. 3. FruitThe fruit of the Pleurotus eryngii is spherical, about 6-8 mm in diameter, bright red in color, and has glandular dots.
