Can I drink chrysanthemum tea every day?

1. Reasons

Chrysanthemum tea has the effects of clearing away heat and reducing fire, improving eyesight and clearing the liver, and treating sore throat. It has a good effect on human health, but due to its cold nature, it cannot be drunk every day. It is enough to drink it for 3-5 consecutive days. The number of times of drinking should not be too many. Be careful not to make it too concentrated each time you drink it. 4-5 pieces of dried flowers are appropriate.

2. How to drink

① Drink directly: Brew the dried flowers directly with hot water and add 20g of rock sugar. It can clear away heat, detoxify, cool blood and improve eyesight.

② Combine with hawthorn: 10g each of chrysanthemum, hawthorn and honeysuckle, add hot water and brew, it can remove blood stasis, eliminate fat, and lose weight.

③ Drink with tea: add 10g chrysanthemum and 3g tea, add them into hot water to prevent high blood pressure.

3. Notes

Chrysanthemum is cold in nature. Long-term consumption will damage the spleen and stomach and cause stomach discomfort. Pregnant women, women during their menstrual period, and people with diarrhea should not drink it.
