1. How to grow bean sprouts

1. Prepare a 2L plastic bottle, rinse it, cut off the bottom of the bottle, use a needle to poke several small holes on the bottle cap, and prepare a base to fix the bottle.

2. Prepare 150g of mung beans, rinse them with water, put them in a bowl, pour in boiling water at about 70℃, and germinate them by soaking the seeds in hot water. After adding hot water for 2 minutes, pour in cold water to lower the water temperature to about 45℃.

3. Soak the mung beans in clean water for 4 hours, stirring 3-4 times during the period. After soaking, take out the mung beans and put them into the prepared plastic bottle. Cover the bottle with a black blackout cloth, or place it in a small dark room.

4. During the process of growing mung bean sprouts, ensure that the environment is dark. Rinse the bean sprouts several times with clean water every 4 hours. The water temperature is most suitable at around 23°C. The rinsing time can be appropriately extended at night, rinse once before going to bed and once when you wake up.

5. During the bean sprout period, maintain the maintenance temperature at 23-25℃. The mung bean sprouts will grow out in about 2-3 days, and the mung bean sprouts will fill the bottle mouth in 4-5 days.

When growing bean sprouts, all the ingredients must be clean and uncontaminated. You can disinfect them by blanching them in boiling water before use. During the bean sprouting process, make sure there is no light in the maintenance environment, and do not grow the bean sprouts in a place with a lot of oil smoke.
