The difference between bougainvillea and light bougainvillea

2. The difference between leaves

The leaves of bougainvillea are oval and covered with thick hairs. Also, its top is not particularly pointy. The leaves of Bougainvillea are ovate or ovate-lanceolate, with no hairs on the top, sparse hairs on the bottom, and relatively pointed tips.

3. The difference between flowers

The flowers of bougainvillea are relatively small, usually clustered in groups of three, and the bracts are mostly red. The length of the bougainvillea is about 2.5-3.5cm, the width is about 2cm, and the bracts are purple or magenta.
