3. Flowering period

The flowering period of the wax tree is around April to May; the flowering period of the Ligustrum lucidum is from July to August, and the fruits can be harvested in September and October. Therefore, the flowering period of the former is earlier than that of the latter.

4. Main Application

For example, its fruit can be used to make wine, and its seeds can be used to make soap, etc. In comparison, small wax has more functions.
