Plants suitable for beginners to grow in winter

Plant 1: Green Bamboo

Green Bamboo is considered to be one of the easiest green plants to grow, so it is highly recommended to novice friends. Chlorophytum is a shade-loving plant with a relatively low demand for sunlight. It can survive even without sunlight for a few days, making it very suitable for indoor cultivation in winter. The green radish can survive in water. Break off a branch and soak it in water. It will grow roots in a few days.

For this kind of plant grown in soil, it can survive for a long time as long as it is not left without water for a long time. The green branches spread and grow. We can let its branches grow along the four circles of the pillar, or we can place it on the desk or by the window. The lively green ivy always gives people a comfortable feeling.

Plant 2: Chlorophytum

Chlorophytum comosum is as easy to care for as Chlorophytum comosum. Chlorophytum is drought-resistant and does not require very much light, so it is very suitable for growing indoors. For spider plants grown in pots, the soil selection requirements are relatively low, and basically it only needs to be loose and have good drainage. For spider plants grown in water, we can choose transparent containers, such as everyday glass wine glasses or beverage bottles. They look good and are inexpensive when placed at home. Chlorophytum can also grow well at room temperature in winter. Placing Chlorophytum in the living room can absorb harmful gases in the room very well.

Plant 3: Rainbow Jade

The market price of rainbow jade is not high, and it is one of the must-have plants for novices to grow. Rainbow Jade has a strong adaptability to temperature, is highly drought-resistant, and has low requirements for soil. The leaves of the rainbow jade are fleshy, oblong in shape, and about 1 cm long. As the temperature gradually drops and the light increases in autumn and winter, the fleshy leaves of Rainbow Jade gradually turn bright red, but the tips of the leaves are still slightly transparent, so they appear red and green, with bright colors and are very beautiful.

Plant 4: Kalanchoe

Kalanchoe is also a succulent plant. Kalanchoe blooms in winter and the flowering period is about 2 months. The leaves of Kalanchoe are relatively thick, densely grown, shiny and often dark green. Kalanchoe will not bloom if there is insufficient sunlight, so it needs a warm and well-lit environment in winter. For such a meaningful and beautiful plant, novice growers must take good care of it and make it bloom soon.
