She spent only 10,000 yuan to transform an old rural house that had been abandoned for 10 years into a beautiful garden!

Hua Ye, a native of Xuzhou, is an independent photographer.

The title you hear most often is "beautiful photographer".

But Hua Ye doesn't care.

She cares more about her own work.

And make your life the way you want it.

Finished Garden Picture

In order to achieve this goal, Hua Ye resolutely decided to

Moved my own photography studio into the countryside!

Don't doubt it, it's a real rural area.

After searching for three months, Hua Ye and her husband decided to rent a yard that had been abandoned for ten years.

This small courtyard looks shabby at first glance, especially shabby at second glance, and at third glance you'll wonder if people can live here.

Even the landlord felt embarrassed, but Hua Ye signed a 10-year contract with the landlord for four thousand yuan a year.

Although in the eyes of others, this place is so shabby that it is unbearable to look at,

But Hua Ye really likes this simple feeling. She wants to transform this shabby house into her ideal garden with her own hands!

Just do it!

Hua Ye is a photographer, but not a designer. Moreover, she could not afford a professional interior designer at the time, so she designed the entire house herself.

In order to save money, she finally decided to keep the budget to around 10,000.

Everyone thought it was impossible.

However, Hua Ye is such a woman who can turn the impossible into possible.

Except for some things that Hua Ye's family really can't do, the rest are all taken care of by this family of three!

As a man of action, Hua Ye had already planned his garden early on.

Before the final renovation, Hua Ye's family took a group photo in front of the dilapidated little house.

When it comes to renovating a garden, turning the soil is inevitable, so Hua Ye rolled up his sleeves and got to work without saying a word!

The surrounding walls also had to be painted, and Hua Ye did it himself.

In Hua Ye’s dream garden, there must be a pergola, but it costs too much to build a pergola frame. Finally, Hua Ye decided to make it himself with bricks!

I used red bricks to build four pillars where the pergola was originally, and then built a platform myself. As a result, after it was completely completed, wow, the effect was pretty good~

Moreover, Hua Ye is also a photographer, and this pergola is simply one of the best places to take photos!

In addition to the pergola, Hua Ye also renovated the door of the house, changing it into a retro-style doorhead. Doesn’t it look a lot more beautiful?

The original door panel was also removed by Hua Ye, who worked hard for three or four days to finally make it into a table, which can be used for meals when friends come over to visit in the future. The workload of this renovation is really huge. I can't even stand up straight after finishing it...

After cleaning up the yard, Hua Ye thought about dividing the small yard into sections. Since this idea just came up, he temporarily decided to divide it into a gathering area and a green plant area! The partitions are made of cheap red bricks.

The whole family is on the move! The little kid who is over 6 years old is also contributing his efforts by carrying water! Moving bricks! Anti-keel! Shovel the dirt! We have fully developed the spirit of not being afraid of hardship or fatigue!

When I’m hungry, I eat instant noodles with my parents on the construction site! So well-behaved and sensible!

In total, it took more than a month of hard work before the general structure of the entire courtyard was completed. After cleaning the yard and the house, it’s time to fill them with all the things you like!

Hua Ye seldom buys anything, and most of the things in her yard are considered junk in the eyes of others.

For example, some bricks left over from building a house can be filled with soil and used to plant flowers.

The broken chair that has been used for a long time has been planted with succulents by Hua Ye, which looks full of vitality~

The cherry tree in the yard was decided to stay a long time ago. Hua Ye placed a bathtub here and put a gauze curtain on it. It was a photography scene prepared for customers. It’s a pity that it’s not spring now, so we can’t see the tree full of cherry blossoms.

Some old boxes that were not used at home were also used by Hua Ye to plant flowers and plants.

There were also some pottery jars, clay pots, jars, woven baskets and other things from the countryside, which were also collected by Hua Ye and planted with various kinds of plants.

Even some old furniture was thrown into the yard by Hua Ye and planted with flowers and plants.

The rusty oil barrel was also moved into the yard by Hua Ye and a rose was planted in it.

Oh, by the way, before planting the flowers, Hua Ye also used gasoline barrels as molds to make several stone pillars, which he placed on the cobblestone path, looking very harmonious.

Moreover, because Hua Ye was obsessed with the small fence, he also built one in the small garden! Just surround the cherry tree.

The shelves outside are also filled with flowers and plants~

In addition to these, Hua Ye also specially bought a hanging chair that he had been eyeing for a long time, and put several pillows in it. When he has free time, he can just lie in the hanging chair to bask in the sun!

When spring comes, the cherry trees in the back are full of cherry blossoms, and any photo you take will look like a blockbuster! Super beautiful!

Oh, by the way, do you remember the door panel that Hua Ye was obsessed with? Now it has become a table!

Put it near the stove outside, so when friends come over, they can enjoy the meals cooked on the stove!

Add a few barrels of beer and it's perfect!

Don’t think that Hua Ye, who personally transformed such a yard, is generous. In fact, Hua Ye is also a very delicate woman.

In this small garden she built, Hua Ye can do whatever she wants, for example, be a happy little carpenter, painter, or chef...

Taking care of flowers and plants every day, mosquito bites in the summer are inevitable and it is also tiring. However, the moment you see the flowers blooming, you will feel that all your hard work is nothing.

Especially, having a yard that you have renovated with your own hands will definitely make you feel very happy!
