Alum pubescens

Soft-haired alum root is a popular variety of alum root. The leaves of the pubescent alum root are covered with soft hairs and have serrated edges.

The main varieties include the golden "Lemongrass", "Supreme Gold" (the back of the leaf edge is light pink), "Electra", the orange "Maltese", and the green "Strawberry Swirl".
