3. Distribution range of Kapok

Kapok is produced in the subtropical regions of my country, and is mostly found in Yunnan, Guangxi, Guizhou, Sichuan, Fujian, Guangdong, Taiwan and other provinces. It grows in grasslands or dry hot valleys at an altitude of about 1400-1700 meters, and can also be cultivated as a street tree.
