What kind of tree is the lucky tree? Is it evergreen or deciduous?

1. Morphological characteristics

The lucky tree is a deciduous tree, about 10 meters tall, with pinnate leaves. The leaflets are ovate, 4-7 cm long, and hairless on both sides. Its flowers are panicles, generally growing at the top, with a funnel-shaped corolla that is white or light yellow in color and round petals. Its flowers mostly bloom from May to September, and the fruits mature from October to December.

2. Growth habits

The lucky tree prefers a warm environment and has poor cold resistance, so you must pay attention to keeping it warm in winter. In addition, it has strong heat resistance and can grow rapidly in summer. It prefers a humid climate. If it is too dry, its leaves will easily curl. It mainly grows in sparse woods in valleys and plains, either in the sun or in the shade.

3. Distribution

The lucky tree is mainly distributed in my country, India, the Philippines, Bhutan and other places. It can be found in Taiwan, Guangdong, Guangxi, Guizhou, Yunnan and Hainan in my country. It is mainly distributed at altitudes between 300-850 meters, and also at 1100-1700 meters. It generally grows in sparse forests in valleys and plains.

4. Maintenance methods

The lucky tree is a light-loving plant, so it should be placed in a sunny place so that it can receive sufficient light. The soil should be loose and fertile, which is conducive to root growth and breathing. Water frequently during daily maintenance, but not too much each time. Just make sure the soil in the pot is moist. Fertilization is usually done once a month during the growing season, usually with a slow-release compound fertilizer.
