1. How to soak in water

The first method is to directly soak monk fruit in water. Cut the monk fruit into two halves, then mash it or cut it in half again and put it in a cup, pour in warm water above 80 degrees, cover the cup and simmer for 15 minutes before drinking. Alternatively, you can peel the monk fruit, mash it or cut it into thin slices, and boil it in boiling water for 1 minute before drinking. Soaking Luo Han Guo in water can moisten the intestines, promote bowel movements, clear the lungs and relieve sore throat. It is suitable for symptoms such as dry intestines and constipation, pharyngitis, aphonia, itchy throat, summer heat and thirst.

The second method is to soak it in water with other ingredients. It is not recommended to drink monk fruit soaked in water for a long time. Because it is a cold fruit, drinking it for a long time will irritate the stomach and intestines and bring unnecessary effects to the body. Especially for people with cold constitution or poor spleen and stomach function, long-term drinking can easily cause gastritis or gastric ulcer and other diseases. In severe cases, it may cause abdominal pain and diarrhea.
