Clivia seed price, Clivia seed planting method

1. Seed price

The price of one Clivia seed may be around 1-5 yuan, but it is rarely sold or purchased individually, so the price may be 8 yuan for 2 seeds or 25 yuan for 10 seeds, and so on. At the same time, the prices of different varieties of Clivia will also vary, and the prices of precious varieties of Clivia will be higher. In addition, the price of Clivia will vary greatly depending on the purchase method and time. Therefore, the specific price still needs to be based on the market price at the time of purchase.

2. Planting Method

1. Planting time: There is no specific season restriction for seed sowing time. The planting time is mainly determined by the seed maturity time.

2. Selection of potting soil: The planting soil can be pure sand, river sand, or special soil for growing Clivia. The flowerpot does not need to be too large when sowing, because it takes a certain amount of time for the seeds to germinate, so the size of the flowerpot can be determined according to the number of seeds to be sown. Generally speaking, it is sufficient to ensure that the distance between seeds is one to two fingers.

3. Disinfection: Before sowing, the potting soil needs to be disinfected to play a certain bactericidal role. Just scald the flowerpot with boiling water. If the soil is river sand, you can also scald it with boiling water. If you choose other planting soils, you can use high temperature or chemicals to disinfect them. After disinfection, fill the soil into the flowerpot, flatten it slightly, water it thoroughly, and then you can sow.

4. Sowing: Place the cleaned seeds on the soil in the pot, with a distance of one to two fingers between them, then cover them with a layer of soil or sand, but the soil should not be too thick. Then spray it with water using a watering can, seal the mouth of the pot with a glass plate or plastic film, and place it in a place with sufficient scattered light for maintenance.
