People with poor eyesight: Because when you cut onions, they release a lot of irritating liquids. Therefore, people with kidney disease should not eat onions. Even if you want to eat it, you need to soak the onions for a while in advance to try to wash away the phosphorus it contains.

People who are allergic to onions: Onion juice is very irritating. People who are allergic to onions should not eat it to avoid other adverse reactions.
