1. Direct consumption

Fully ripe guava can be eaten directly. Wash the peel and eat it directly. The inside of the fruit contains seeds, which can be eaten if you like. If you don’t like it, you can cut the flesh and remove the seeds before eating it.

2. Juice and drink

3. Make into salad
