How to eat guava

1. Direct consumption

Fully ripe guava can be eaten directly. Wash the peel and eat it directly. If you don’t like eating the peel, you can prepare a clean knife, cut and peel the peel to expose the flesh inside and then eat it. The inside of the fruit contains seeds, which can be eaten if you like. If you don’t like it, you can cut the flesh and remove the seeds before eating it.

2. Juice and drink

3. Make into salad
