Steamed Broomrape with Rice Flour

Ingredients needed: appropriate amount of fresh broom, flour, sesame, peanuts

Preparation method: Soak the broomrape for a while first, then rinse it clean and drain the water. It is best to wash it when there are fine water droplets on the surface; sprinkle flour on the broomrape that has been drained of water, and cornmeal is even better; make sure each leaf is coated with flour; put a cage cloth on the steamer, sprinkle some water on the cage cloth, then pour the broomrape with flour onto the cage cloth and steam it. After steam comes out, steam it for another 5 minutes and it is ready to be served; crush the peanuts, add black sesame seeds, salt and MSG to season, mix well, and it is ready to eat.

Eat broomcorn millet with sauce

Ingredients needed: appropriate amount of broomrape, salad oil, wolfberry, salt

Preparation method: First soak the broomrape for a while, then rinse it and drain it; pour a little water into the boiler, add some salt and a little cooking oil. After the water is boiled, put the broomrape and wolfberries into the boiler together. Cook until it changes color, take it out, wash it with cold boiled water, drain the water when it is not hot, and then you can eat it directly. You can choose the sauce according to your personal taste.
