How to take care of the newly bought six-fold profit

How to take care of the newly bought six-fold profit

1. Soil

When you just buy it, observe the pot and soil first. If the original soil is too poor and severely compacted, you should change the soil immediately. You can mix leaf mold and slightly acidic sandy loam to increase the humus in the soil, and then add some base fertilizer to increase soil fertility. This kind of soil has good water permeability and is loose and breathable.

2. Environment

When you just buy it, you need to give it some time to adapt to the environment. Providing it with a warm and comfortable environment will be more conducive to its recovery and growth. Do not give it too high a temperature. It is best to keep it in a place such as the living room. Too high a temperature may cause dormancy and affect the amount and period of flowering. To give it full-sun lighting conditions, just make sure to provide shade during the sunniest time of the summer at noon. It can receive scattered light at other times.

3. Watering

It is necessary to water the plant reasonably. If the soil is moist when you just buy it, you don't need to water it at first. After it starts to grow, you only need to water it once a week. Water it thoroughly. Basically, follow the principle of watering it thoroughly after it is completely dry.

4. Fertilization

Fertilization should be based on actual conditions. If the base fertilizer is well made and the plant grows very fast, there is no need to apply a large amount of fertilizer. Under normal circumstances during the growing season, use nitrogen fertilizer once a week to promote its branch and leaf growth. Before it blooms, it must be given sufficient nutrients to ensure that the flowers bloom beautifully. Stop fertilizing in winter when the temperature is lower.
