Bayberry Jam

Prepare bayberry, tangerine peel, apple and salt. Soak the bayberry in light salt water for fifteen minutes, then rinse and drain. Cut the bayberry flesh and chop the apple for later use. Soak the tangerine peel until soft and chop it. Bayberry Glutinous Rice Porridge

Prepare ingredients; wash the mung beans, soak them in clean water for 4 hours, wash the bayberries, and note that the bayberries do not need to be refrigerated; wash the glutinous rice and put it into the pot together with the soaked mung beans, add appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer until the rice is half bloomed. When the mung beans are rotten, add the bayberries and stir evenly, and finally add a little white sugar to get a delicious sour and sweet fruit porridge!

Bayberry Soup

Prepare bayberry, rock sugar, red dates, lily and a little salt. Soak the bayberry in light salt water for more than ten minutes. Wash the rock sugar and set aside. Wash the red dates and lily, and soak the lily for at least an hour. Remove the core of the red dates and cut them into cubes. Add the soaked lily to the casserole with cold water, and then add the rock sugar and red dates. Boil over high heat, then turn down to low heat and simmer. Cover with a lid and cook for another forty minutes. Turn off the heat after forty minutes, put into a glass bottle to cool, and refrigerate for a better taste.
