Flower Language

The flower language of gerbera is: eternal happiness, symbolizing mystery, mutual respect and love, perseverance, fearlessness of hardship, and the pursuit of a rich life. The most common flower language of gerbera in China is nobleness, elegance, and seclusion.

The colorful gerberas are like little suns shining brightly, full of vitality. Seeing the bright colors and bright light, everyone will be impressed and infected by it, and feel happy, lively and cheerful. Gerbera also means prosperity. Gerbera is very suitable for giving to others and can also be used in a variety of occasions.

Why is it called gerbera?

At the beginning of the 20th century, there was a small country in southern Africa called Madagascar, which was rich in tropical flowers and plants. There, there lived a girl named Silangini, who loved the small flower with slightly curved stems and drooping flowers - the gerbera. When she got married, she asked to put some in the hall to add to the wedding atmosphere.

At her wedding, relatives and friends from all over sang and danced and toasted each other. But who would have thought that the groom, who had a low alcohol tolerance, was already drunk after just three rounds of drinks. He hung his head and bent over, staggering from side to side, and the bride had to help him into the bedroom to rest. When people saw this supporting posture, they found it very similar to the shape of the wild flowers. Many girls said in unison: "Oh, the flower really looks like gerbera!" From then on, the name of gerbera flower spread.

It is precisely because of this legend that gerbera has become an important decorative flower for newlyweds to decorate wedding celebrations. This represents the mutual respect and love between the newlyweds and is a beautiful wish.
