How to save Milan flowers when they lose their leaves

How to save Milan flowers when they lose their leaves

1. Reasonable watering

Reason: Milan cannot tolerate water. Once it is watered too much, water will accumulate at the roots, causing damage. The growth of the entire plant will be affected, so the leaves will fall off.

Solution: Pay attention to watering properly. Once water accumulates, pay attention to drainage and move to a place with good light and ventilation. Rotten roots also need to be cut off in time, and new soil should be prepared for replanting.

2. Keep warm

Reason: Milan flowers cannot withstand the cold. Once they are frostbitten or encounter cold wind, the leaves will turn dark brown and wilt, leading to leaf fall.

Solution: Keep warm in winter. If the plant is damaged by frost, move it indoors in time and keep the temperature at least above 5 degrees Celsius.

3. Control fertilization

Reason: Reasonable fertilization can promote healthy growth. If raw fertilizer or concentrated fertilizer is applied, it will burn the roots, resulting in damaged growth and causing leaves to fall off.

Solution: Apply fertilizer appropriately according to the growth of the plant, and use fertilizer that has been fully fermented and decomposed. If too much fertilizer is applied, water should be applied to promote the flow of excess fertilizer.

4. Reasonable exposure to light

Reason: If the light is not appropriate, it will also cause leaves to fall off. Whether it is little light or strong light, it will cause problems with the leaves.

Solution: Keep Milan flowers in a bright place. If they are exposed to strong sunlight, move them to a cool place in time.
