Can the fortune tree survive if its leaves dry?

Can the fortune tree survive if its leaves dry?

1. Can I still live?

The leaves of the money tree can still be alive even if they are dry. But at this point its health is already in trouble, and if it is not maintained and treated, the situation may become more serious. Therefore, we must first determine the cause of the dry leaves and then prescribe the right medicine for treatment.

2. How to treat

1. Watering: The drying of money tree leaves is usually caused by lack of water. It is drought-resistant and moisture-resistant, so you can water it more frequently and keep the soil moist. In addition to watering, you can also spray water around to increase the air humidity.

2. Shading: The money tree should not be exposed to strong light, otherwise the leaves will lose water quickly and dry out. It needs to be placed in semi-shade, and the shading should reach 75% in summer. But it needs proper light every morning and evening, otherwise it will not be conducive to growth.

3. Cooling: The money tree can grow in an environment of 20-35℃. If the temperature exceeds 35℃, water will be lost quickly. At this time, you need to cool it down. You can put it in semi-shade and sprinkle water around it to absorb heat.

4. Loosen the soil: The soil of the money tree is moist for a long time, so it is easy to harden and compact. This will affect water penetration and cause the plant to lack water. The soil needs to be loosened regularly, and it is best to change the pot and soil every year. Using looser soil will help absorb water.
