Can lucky bamboo survive if it withers?

Can lucky bamboo survive if it withers?

1. Can I still live?

As long as the lucky bamboo is not completely withered and the roots or stems are still intact, it can be saved. If the whole plant withers, there is naturally no hope.

2. How to treat

1. Prune stems and leaves: Use a sterilized knife to cut off all the dead leaves of the lucky bamboo, and also cut off the withered stems. If the roots are rotten, they should be removed, cut obliquely at the bottom, and applied with rooting water to help rooting again.

2. Change water and replant: Pour out the original water, wash the bottle, fill it with river water and replant. If river water is not easy to obtain, you can use tap water and let it sit for 1-2 days until the chlorine in the water evaporates and the water temperature reaches a suitable level before you can use it. It can't be too much, just 3-4 sections in height.

3. Suitable environment: Place the replanted plants in a place with scattered light and pay attention to ventilation. Air circulation and moderate light are beneficial to its root recovery. Observe the water quality from time to time. If it is turbid, change the water, but do not move the position.

4. Add water in time: After the pruned lucky bamboo has re-rooted, do not change the water, otherwise it will grow poorly because it is not suitable for the new water. If there is a lack of water, just add water, but make sure it is clean. You can add appropriate nutrient solution to the water to help its growth.
