Why doesn't the Jade Leaf grow leaves?

Why doesn't the Jade Leaf grow leaves?

1. Replace the soil

Reason: Although the Jade Plant does not have high requirements for soil, if the cultivation soil used is too thick and not breathable, it will seriously affect the growth of the plant and it is very likely that no leaves will grow.

Treatment method: Change the soil in time. It needs to be replaced with breathable and well-drained soil, and the potting soil should be changed every 2-3 years of cultivation. During the maintenance period, the soil needs to be loosened appropriately to prevent it from becoming compacted.

2. Supplement nutrients

Reason: If the leaves of the plant are not maintained by nutrients, not only will no leaves grow, but the growth of the entire plant will deteriorate.

Treatment method: During the growth period of Jade Plant, it is necessary to add fertilizer every 15-20 days, mainly nitrogen fertilizer, which can help the growth of leaves. Except for the growing season, more fertilizer needs to be applied, and less fertilizer can be applied in other seasons.

3. Accept light

Reason: If the place where the Jade Plant is maintained does not receive sunlight, its growth condition will be very poor and it will be easy for the leaves to not grow.

Treatment method: During the maintenance period, it needs to be exposed to the sun appropriately to avoid growing in a dark place without sunlight for a long time. It can be given enough light in the three seasons of spring, autumn and winter.
