Why doesn't Milan bloom when it has buds?

1. The flowers are very small

The flowers of Milan are not like other flowers. Their petals are large and their flowers are small. It is called Milan because the color, shape and size of its flowers are all like millet. It also has another alias called Caviar Orchid, because it is very small like caviar.

2. The gap between the flower buds is very small

When it blooms, the bud just splits open a gap, unlike other petals that spread out widely. If you don't look closely, you will think that it is a small ball when it forms a bud, and then it stays as a small ball, and after a while it falls off. In fact, if you look closely when its flowers are fully open, you can see a small crack in the petals, releasing the fragrance.

3. Improper Management

If it is not managed properly, the flowers will fall off before they bloom. For example, if the water and fertilizer are not managed properly, too much or too little water will cause root damage. If the temperature is too low below 10℃, its flower buds will also fall off before they bloom.
