What to do if the leaves of Molan are curling

What to do if the leaves of Molan are curling

1. Reason

1. Diseases

If it has curled leaves, it may have a viral disease. The symptoms are that it grows short and the leaves will curl. If the disease is serious, no mesophyll will grow. It is usually spread by aphids, etc., and this disease occurs especially during high temperature seasons. If it is caused by hormone damage, its leaves will grow crooked, the new leaves will not be able to stretch, the edges will be deformed, and the color will become lighter.

2. Improper temperature

If the water is too hot and the moisture is too low, its stomata will close, the leaves will become tubular and brittle. If the wind in the placement area is strong and rapid, and the exchange of cold and warm air is very drastic, it will also become curly.

3. Lack of fertilizer

If it lacks P, the back of its leaves will turn purple-red, small brown spots will grow on it, the lower leaves will bend, the old leaves will turn yellow, and the tips will wither. Generally, low temperatures or too acidic soil will affect its absorption of phosphorus. If it is a magnesium deficiency, the old leaves will fade and yellow spots will grow on the leaves. If it is serious, the edges of the leaves will curl up and dead spots will appear on the leaves.

II. Methods

1. If it is a disease, you can dilute potassium permanganate and spray it, which can also increase elements such as Mn and K. If it is a hormone-related injury, you can use some Opal. Note that when using hormones, the dosage should be smaller on hot days and do not get it on the new leaves.

2. If the weather is too hot, you can help it resist drought during the maintenance process. After it sets fruit, you can add water and fertilizer in time to help it shade. If it is caused by strong wind, you can let the wind out slowly to exercise it.

3. If there is a lack of phosphorus, you can add phosphorus to the soil or leaves. For example, the dosage of potassium dihydrogen phosphate is only 0.3%. If there is a lack of magnesium, magnesium sulfate can be used to help it.
