What to do if the leaves of Guanyin Bamboo wilt

What to do if the leaves of Guanyin Bamboo wilt

Reason 1: The environment is too dry

Guanyin bamboo likes to grow in a shady and humid environment. Now it is winter, and the conditions in the south are better. The winter in the north is very dry, especially in the room.

Therefore, during daily maintenance, you should often spray water on the surface of plant leaves or the surrounding ground, and also spray water frequently in high temperature weather in summer. This can not only avoid an overly dry environment, but also prevent dust from accumulating on the surface of the leaves, which is also very helpful for the growth of the plants.

Reason 2: The temperature is too low

In fact, Guanyin bamboo can tolerate an environment of 0 degrees, so you don’t have to worry too much about the temperature when you maintain it at home. But you need to be careful when you grow it in an office. The temperature in the office can reach more than ten degrees during the day, but some offices do not have any heating measures at night. If the outdoor temperature is too low, the indoor temperature will not be much higher. At this time, the leaves of the plant will be frostbitten and will appear wilted. So flower lovers should pay attention to keeping it warm.

Reason 3: Insufficient nutrients

Many flower lovers only know how to water their plants but don’t know how to fertilize them. When a plant has a problem, I wonder: I have strictly followed the watering instructions for it, so why are its leaves still wilting? In fact, it is not caused by lack of water, but by long-term lack of nutrients. Therefore, flower lovers should fertilize them appropriately.
