Ganoderma lucidum cultivation technology, what soil to use

Ganoderma lucidum cultivation technology, what soil to use

1. Planting technology

1. Prepare nutrients: To grow Ganoderma lucidum, you must first prepare nutrients as the culture medium, usually wood chips and wheat bran. Wheat bran can be replaced by straw or corn stalks. You can add appropriate amounts of white sugar and organic fertilizer. Then let it stand for 4 hours before bagging.

2. Packing: Prepare special bags and put the prepared nutrients into them. Each bag can hold 200-300 grams and tie one side with a rope. Poke a few holes in the middle of the bag and wrap it with brown paper.

3. Sterilization: In order to ensure that Ganoderma lucidum is not affected by other fungi during its growth, it needs to be disinfected before inoculation. Place the bag filled with nutrients in a clean container, then sterilize it in a pressure cooker, take it out and leave it for 24 hours.

4. Carry out inoculation: Take out the sterilized nutrients from the bag, re-bag and seal. Find a relatively dry room with good air circulation, put the sealed new bag in, control the temperature at around 25℃, and the fungus will grow in a month.

2. What soil to use

In order to promote the growth of Ganoderma lucidum, suitable soil must be prepared. You can use 77% cottonseed hulls, 10% bran, 10% corn flour, and 1% each of sugar, phosphate fertilizer and gypsum. It can also be made by mixing 70% sawdust, 25% bran, 2% soybean powder, 1% phosphate fertilizer, 1.5% gypsum and 0.5% sugar.
