1. Select sugarcane sprouts

When planting, sugarcane buds are usually used. Choose those with many tail buds, which are longer and thicker. These are more cold-resistant and have stronger germination ability. It is easy to manage after planting and the yield will be higher. Of course, it can also be sown using seeds.

2. Plot Selection

When planting, choose a plot with fertile and loose soil. First, you need to plow the land and spread an appropriate amount of organic fertilizer to increase the nutrients. After this treatment, whether you are planting sugarcane sprouts or sowing seeds, they can germinate faster and grow better. Also, the soil should not be too dry.

3. Planting

After preparing the soil, you can select the good sugarcane sprouts and plant them directly. Be careful not to cover the soil too deeply. After planting, expose the plants to more sunlight. More light can promote the growth of new roots and new shoots.

4. Post-management

After planting, pay attention to management. Fertilization should be done in a timely manner, and a compound fertilizer of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium can be chosen. It is best to combine it with watering so that the fertilizer will be diluted and absorbed faster. When the sugarcane sprouts grow to a height of about one meter, the frequency of fertilization should be increased. Fertilization should be done every half a month, and it is best to use decomposed organic fertilizer at this time. And you need to water it regularly to keep the soil moist so that it will grow stronger.
