How much water should I use for my money tree?

1. How much water to pour

When watering the Money Tree, you should observe the surface of the soil in the pot carefully. If you find signs of whitening or cracks in the soil, you should water it thoroughly. Because the growing environment is different, the situation of each pot of flowers is different, and the water requirements are also different, so there is no need to specify the specific amount of water. As long as you can make sure that the soil in the pot is moist and keep watering until a little bit of water flows out of the holes in the bottom of the pot, this amount of water is the most appropriate.

Improper application of water has a great impact on growth. Money tree is relatively drought-resistant, and it doesn’t matter if it is not watered for a period of time. However, if it is in drought for a long time, or is only watered halfway for a long time, the roots will find it difficult to absorb water, and growth will naturally have problems. The growth will gradually weaken, and the leaves will turn yellow and dry. The consequences of excessive watering are more serious, as it will cause water to accumulate in the potting soil, causing the roots to rot and the transport function to be hindered.

2. How to water

Before watering the money tree, take out the water first and set it aside to air. This will allow the chlorine in it to evaporate and the tree to be filled with oxygen. When watering, do not pour from above, but pour along the edge of the pot.
