Spring Horse Beheading Method

1. Prepare tools

Before beheading the spring ju, you must first prepare the tools for beheading, such as a sharp sterilized knife and carbendazim for sterilization. Because the plant has sharp thorns, you must also prepare gloves to prevent your hands from being pricked and scratched.

2. Find the right position

It can grow to about 1 meter in height and will take up a lot of space in the home, thus affecting people's lives. It can be cut short. You need to find the right position before beheading. If the plant is too long, you can behead a larger part, closer to the root. If the plant is not too tall, you can choose to trim it near the top.

3. Begin beheading

After finding the right position, hold the chopped part with one hand wearing a glove, and use the other hand to quickly chop off this part with a knife. Move quickly to ensure that the incision is smooth. Juice will flow out of the wound, so be careful not to let it flow onto your hands. After drying slightly, apply carbendazim to sterilize it.

4. Post-management

After applying carbendazim on the mother plant part, place it in a cool place, first expose it to soft, bright scattered light, and then expose it to normal sunlight after it adapts. The cut parts can be placed aside to dry and then used for cuttings.
