How to grow Dendrobium candidum

How to grow Dendrobium candidum

1. Inappropriate light exposure

The reason why it becomes thinner and thinner is definitely because of incorrect maintenance methods. It likes a semi-shaded growing environment, but cannot be in a dark place without light, otherwise the plant will naturally be weak, especially in winter, because the intensity of sunlight outside is not so strong, so the plant can be exposed to more sunlight to promote healthy growth.

2. Malnutrition

The plants are getting thinner and thinner, and the nutrition does not meet the requirements. There is not enough nutrients to supplement the growth. Fertilizer can be added according to the growth. Fertilizer can be applied every 7-10 days, but no application is required during dormancy, otherwise it will not be absorbed normally, which will cause the roots of the plants to rot.

3. Improper moisture

Water replenishment is also an important factor in growth. If there is no water for a long time and there is not enough humidity to supply growth, the plant will naturally have problems with its growth. You can water the plants according to seasonal changes. In spring, you can water them once a day. In summer, because of the strong sunlight and high evaporation, you can water them twice a day. In autumn, you only need to water them once every 2-3 days, and in winter, you can water them less often.

4. Low temperature

It may also be due to temperature. Low temperature will naturally affect the plants.
