When to prune clover

1. Spring pruning

2. Growth period

At this time, the branches that cannot bloom should be cut off to promote the growth of side branches. This can also ensure the number of flowers in the future and improve lighting conditions, increasing the number of flowers and making the flowers bloom better.

3. After flowering

Pruning is most important after the flowering period is over, which is most helpful for growth. You can first remove the withered flowers on the branches and do not leave them on them. There will still be some flowers left, but because they are no longer ornamental, they can be directly cut off. This will reduce the consumption of nutrients and ensure that there are enough nutrients for the next flowering.
