1. Leaf shape

When the seedlings grow out and the cotyledons unfold, solitary primary leaves appear and are arranged in a spiral shape.

3. Growth habits

The leaves of pine and cypress have a certain growth period. When they reach a certain age, they will fall off, but their growth period is relatively long, and they can usually live for 3-5 years. Generally speaking, when new leaves grow out, the old leaves will gradually fall off, so many people think that it will not shed leaves.
