1. When to water

There is no fixed time to water flowers because there are some differences in regions and temperatures. Generally speaking, the climate in spring and autumn is mild without too many ups and downs, so you can choose to water in the morning and afternoon, and there are not many restrictive factors. In summer, water the plants in the morning and evening, preferably before 10 o'clock in the morning and after 5 o'clock in the evening. Because the soil temperature is higher during the day, rash watering will cause damage to the plants. The surrounding environment is relatively cold in winter, so it is best to water the plants at noon when the temperature is highest, which can minimize damage to the plants.

2. Water after the soil is completely dry

Generally, flowers need water after the soil is completely dry. To determine whether they are watered thoroughly, you need to observe first: the soil in the pot turns white and cracks appear on it. You can also tap the wall of the flowerpot. If it sounds crisp, it means it is completely dry. If it sounds thick, it means it is still a little wet. At the same time, you should also judge based on the growth status of the plant to see whether the leaves are still fresh and full of vitality.

When watering, be sure to leave the water for a while. This will firstly remove the chlorine in the water, and secondly, keep the water temperature almost equal to the room temperature.
